Beginners guide to jogging

Everyone seems to be in the jogger mode currently and I thought if give you my must do's 6 steps ro a great run so here goes.....

Good sports bra/top.
Well if your a girl like me withbrather large beasts then gettinf the perfect sports bra is needed its a main need (unless you wanna be beating your self in the face)
You get a sports bra from anywhere. Personally I have a bra from primark. I find that the primark sports range is a great in price and quality and im so on board the primark hype.

Trainers.
I dont actually have trainers at this moment in timw because ive broken my toes and my ones broke. You cant use just any old shoes you need to use trainers as they are a key point.
The reason for using trainers such as nike, sketchers, Adidas etc. *not vans or pumps or converse* is because trainers are built to support your feet correctly not using th3 correct shoes could possibly cause foot problems or blisters so you nees the correct shoes. 

Great playlist.
You need a amazing playlist to take your mind off the fact that your working extra to get healthy and its exercise eeww lol
I tend to listen to nice and fast music not to fast coz im not wonder woman but nice calm and up beat get you in the mood music.

App. (jogging app)
Having a great app to tell you how far you ran, calories burnt off is so good it gives you a massive thumbs up.

Water.
You need to keep nice and hydrated have a bottle of water on you at all times and make sure to sip the water not gulp it as it can give you a very nasty stitch and you dont want that at all.

Stretch.
You need to stretch your body out properly legs. arms. Shoulders etc you get the drift.
So if you don't stretch out properly you can do some serious damage to your muscles and that could have you bed ridden for weeks.

Now the main thing to remember is that having fun whist doing this is the main thing. So enjoy guys.
