my cure to damaged hair

if you don't know me then there is one thing you should absolutely  know about me. I dye my hair a hell of a lot, and by a lot, I mean I'll at least have different colour every month, well I use to that was before my hair got so bad it began to fall out and break off so badly.
when my hair began to break off last year I realised it was time that I really started treating my hair nicely, I mean not like I treated bad before but, it had a lot of chemical damage from bleaching it and dying it so many crazy colours. it needed true deep conditioning so here is my personal uses for damaged and in need of true love.

I've always had people say "omg your hair is such a great colour it looks so healthy too" and I'd always reply with nope this part is my true hair and these are extensions, people would always be so shocked that I could get short hair to blend with long extensions but that's a whole new blog post back on topic.

(remember these are my personal usage not all products will have the same effect on different hair types)

1.shampoo and conditioner.
3 minute miracle  by aussie shampoo and conditioner
mending by bumble and bumble 


2.masks
I tend to use one by bumble and bumble called
also I use damage remedy by Aveda
with these masks I leave them on for as long as possible so the cortex of my hair can soak it up to start to slowly repair the hair.

3.oils
kerastase damage repair (green bottle)
aussie (from superdrugs)
I always apply either one of these with wet and dry hair I do either one or too pumps and run it through my hair making sure not to touch the roots. and I repeat this once the hair is dry.

4.heat protector
with heat protector I tend not to actually use it as I let my hair dry natural its short enough to do but when I do use it I use one by paul Mitchel called heat.

5.leave in conditioner
you can now by products that you leave in your hair etc leave in conditioner this is great as you don't need to wash it out.

washing hair.
I wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week as my hair needs the natural oils that moisturize the hair you haven't gotta wash it every day but if you feel like its horrible and it isn't shampooing day you can always use a little dry shampoo I love dry shampoo its like a gift.

*Whats in my everyday makeup bag*

so I've noticed that people love to see what's in others peoples makeup bags, so I've decided to give you a insight into my everyday makeup bag. so here we go the one thing about my makeup bag is it rarely has something from the same brand in. in may have one or 2 things of the same brand but I love to switch it all up.

the bushes I use to apply all of this beautiful make up are the real techniques. since I brought a few of these they have been nothing but perfect, I really notice a huge difference with these compared to other brushes.

Concealer:
collection canceler £3.00 from Superdrug.

Foundation:
natural collection foundation for boots cost £1.99. it gives a matte finish effect and last for 14 hours looks beautiful on and it isn't too heavy.

Powder:
natural collection powder from boots cost also £1.99. this product is a little heavy and you don't need as much as you normally would use with other powders, you only need about half the amount you usually would.

Blusher:
MUA multi tonal blush powder this costs £3.00 from Superdrug. I love the fact that there are loads of different tones in this blusher, it creates a nice warming effect.

eye primer:
mac prolong wear eye paint pot £15.00 from mac. now I've been using this product for around a year now and OMG it is by far the most amazing product I've ever found, it lasts all day long and doesn't budge out of place at, all your eye makeup stays perfect with this product.

eyliner:
b. precise gel liner 8.00 from Superdrug. I actually originally brought this product of a whim and it happens to be the second best eye liner I've ever used. it glides on smooth, doesn't blotch and looks incredible.

Eye shadow:
I tend to use quite a lot of different ones and recently I've brought a new one buy collection from boots its cost £3.00 and it is absolutely amazing there's not really much to say about it *but yeah* I also tend to use the MUA eye shadow pallet from Superdrug for £3.00 which is great because its so pigmented.

Mascara:
L'Oreal millions lashes from boots for £10.00. now I love this mascara as it doesn't irritate my eyes, until I found this one my eyes use to be so itchy and runny all the time.

Lipstick:
This varies as I twnd to xhange it up but recently its been esp by illamusiqa

Beginners guide to jogging

Everyone seems to be in the jogger mode currently and I thought if give you my must do's 6 steps ro a great run so here goes.....

Good sports bra/top.
Well if your a girl like me withbrather large beasts then gettinf the perfect sports bra is needed its a main need (unless you wanna be beating your self in the face)
You get a sports bra from anywhere. Personally I have a bra from primark. I find that the primark sports range is a great in price and quality and im so on board the primark hype.

Trainers.
I dont actually have trainers at this moment in timw because ive broken my toes and my ones broke. You cant use just any old shoes you need to use trainers as they are a key point.
The reason for using trainers such as nike, sketchers, Adidas etc. *not vans or pumps or converse* is because trainers are built to support your feet correctly not using th3 correct shoes could possibly cause foot problems or blisters so you nees the correct shoes. 

Great playlist.
You need a amazing playlist to take your mind off the fact that your working extra to get healthy and its exercise eeww lol
I tend to listen to nice and fast music not to fast coz im not wonder woman but nice calm and up beat get you in the mood music.

App. (jogging app)
Having a great app to tell you how far you ran, calories burnt off is so good it gives you a massive thumbs up.

Water.
You need to keep nice and hydrated have a bottle of water on you at all times and make sure to sip the water not gulp it as it can give you a very nasty stitch and you dont want that at all.

Stretch.
You need to stretch your body out properly legs. arms. Shoulders etc you get the drift.
So if you don't stretch out properly you can do some serious damage to your muscles and that could have you bed ridden for weeks.

Enjoy.
Now the main thing to remember is that having fun whist doing this is the main thing. So enjoy guys.

Esp illamusiqa

Hello beautiful people I thought I'd share with you one of my most fave lipsticks I've ever brought and love so *damnnnn* much.

So this lipstick is esp by illamusiqa and its a deep purple colour.
Now when I first saw this lipstick I thought ooo its so pretty but pretty expensive *for a lipstick*
So after about a week and a half of pure debate, asking a few friends who have it and reading view's I decided to get it.

So I purchased this about 3 maybe 4 months ago and it's been amazing the second I brought it was like *omg its so perfect* ive only found one fault with this product which is its rather flakey and you have to apply quite alot of it so it stays put.

The way I apply this product is I but a light lip balm on as a base coat so it smooths over the lips, I then apply the lipstick in a smooth motion untill all the lip area is fully covered.
Then to finsh the whole lip process off I apply a soft layer of a product called lipcoat sold in superdrugs for about 4.99.

I was alwaus looking for such a incredible purple lipstick because it does get pretty damn boring wearing the same colours everyday and finding this lipstick has made me so happy now that found it I will never change from illamusiqa.

I am most definitely recommending this product to people who are looking for the perfect purple lip.
Most definitely plan to buy a lot more of these in the futuer.

Gor this from ebay for about 17 pound I think it was and wow is the only word for it *lovvvvveee ittt*

 

Purse

Who doesnt carry a purse or wallet of some sort to keep all thier money and cards safe.

 

Ducky Lipbalm
I love my ducky lipbalm I have 3 to pick feom blue pink or yellow (primark 3 pound)

Breath spray
To keep my breath good after stinky food so my bf doesnt run a mile

Headphones
Music is my escape from the world.

Brittany spears fantasy smells beautiful.

I carry what ever colour lipstick matches my outfit just incase it smudges.

You never know when you might need one.

I keep this to write all my blogger ideas down when they pop to me usually silly places like buses and trains

   

Also I carry eyelash glue for my falses you never know when a eyelash my start peeling off.

also a bottle of water never leave with out water. *health tastic*

so guys i've been looking for a nice matte foundation other then the mac prolong wear because well tbh I don't always have the money to be spending on it.
so i've been looking for long and one day in boots I came across this stuff that was 1.99 and I thought damn this stuffs cheap *it must be so bloody crap*, but to my surprise its incredible I brought three items from this range to start me off on. * foundation a powder and a lip liner.*

lip liner: 
I never really used lip liner ever but this lip liner kinda just stood right out in front of everything and said *buy me buy me I can make you look so pretty* so I brought it and to my surprise it is amazing you can even wear this a lipstick and just put a tiny bit of lip gloss on top to give it that perfect shine.
only cost me £1.99


powder:
this is just a setting powder and it does come rather powdery like it seems like there's a lot more then should be so you kinda have to apply less then you usually would but it turns out so pretty once all the excess powder has came off due to wind and general wear and tear.

foundation:
I brought the oil control one this is a nice foundation it applies nice and light and doesn't look too thick but it does look matte which I was looking for because I love the effort of heavy makeup and the great thing about this foundation even though it is ridiculously cheap it lasts all day long it is perfect.

I've never done one of these so to begin everything off I'm going to start with gainer products.

  

Ganier cleansing water
I knew nothing about this product before i brought it I always was just seeing amazing reviews on how incredible it was and I thought well if everyone seems to love it I better try it out. its turns out to be a massive part of my night and morning routine its so amazing and makes my skin feel perfect.

Garnier refreshing toner
i never truly understand why girls need to tone but after using this product i completely understand why we do this product makes my skin feel fresh and gives me a healthy natural glow which is great.

Coral bag primark
found this in primark at the start of April and its been amazing I'm so shocked at how much I actually can fit in to it and how little the price was defiantly a incredible purchase this month.

Natural collection foundation and powder
Where do I even begin with this, I just stumbled across this product in boots and thought its only 1.99 why the hell not. I  actually love this product it lasts all day long with no touch ups, also sits as a matte finish and is so cheap and cheerful. *bargain buys*

Chunky platform heels
I have been looking for a pair of these shoes for about 6 months and always had trouble finding them in my size, but finally I came across a pair on ebay for £9.99 and £3.99 for postage.
the shoes are so perfect and so 90s I love 90s fashion there tall and very easy to walk in love love LOVE.

leather purple bag
I brought this bag from ebay as my previous bag broke *so annoying* this bag is so perfect and amazing quality for only 17 pound from ebay such a great steal from ebay.

real technique eye brushes
I was debating buying this for so long just because they are pretty pricy but I caved and brought them and wow I am 100%happy I did there amazing my eye make up is incredible thanks to these brushes.

herbal tea
I love me my herbal tea and this april I've been loving mango and strawberry liquorish and fennel and cranberry and raspberry.

Part one of my broken toe adventure

"Its well and truly deformed" these were the words the nurse said to me and I freaked out.

 

Right so down to the back story. Me and the boyfriend was messing about play fighting and I went to kick him he moved and *bam* I kicked the god damn wall *ouchy*

As sion as it happened I started to roll around in pain, my boyfriend at first thought I was messing around. AS SOON AS HE SAW MY TOE  he new I wasnt kidding, it was twisted 45 degrees with skin caught in between the bone it is by far one of the most painful things that have ever happened to me and ive done alot of things (spilt my knee open my ear my head etc)
But never have I broken a toe it was the most agonising pain ive ever felt.

 

My boyfriend freaked out and rang a ambulance *he was freaking out so bad lol*. At rhw time he was on the phone I waa burning up so much I was sweating scared and in pain but because he lives in the middle of nowhere and there isnt many ambulances about they made me go to a&e they told us to go to russlesore but we just went to kiddy.

 

When we got to the hospital they said if I needed a xray I would have to go back tomorrow but because my toe was soooo broken they said I needed to get have a emergency xray at wostershire royal hospital. we sat waiting for so long *the que for the doctors was ages*

Once we was called in the nursw sent me syraight to the xray room *she didnt even look at my foot once* we had the xrays taken nice and quick as was sent straight back to the waiting room where once again we waited ages.

Soon as we was called back in the nurse told us that my toe was badly disfigured and she didnt know if she should risk trying to pull it back into place *because im miles away from home* so she rang the bone doctor and they said because I was so far from home she should pull it back into place so I can travel home then see a bone doctor back in london for a operation.

 

So she came over with some local anisteic which I can tell you eas more pain full then actually deforming my toe. So this needle was rather huge and she had to put it in the broken part of my yoe to numb it she somthing called a ring block this bassicly means she put the needle in one side of my food and the other it causes a ring which numbs the broken area.
When this was happening I was crying my eurs out this is by far so painful it a pain which is constant even after the needle has stoped. the nurse said we had to wait about ten mins so we did then she came back and pulled the bones back to place *I didnt feel a thing*

Although my boyfriend almost fainted but he was ok he stuck by me the whole way from the second it had happened.

Once she set my foot she sent me for another xray which looked ten times better then what it did before. She put all my xrays on a disk then sent me on my way with crutches my n3xt step is waiting to see a fracture doctor in the fracture clinc
Untill then im left hoping about and crying with pain ..
